Any appointment submitted through our local system is treated as a tentative proposal. All slots remain pending until manually checked, approved, and confirmed by Mrs. Preeti Pareek's coordinating staff via email or telephone.
Your scheduled time block is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed session, we require a minimum notification timeline of 24 hours prior to the appointment slot.
Cancellations requested under 24 hours may incur a scheduling surcharge, or result in forfeiture of that specific session block, except under proven medical emergencies or sudden force majeure events.
We believe in maintaining a completely safe, compassionate, and dignified consultation environment. Any offensive, abusive, threatening, or highly inappropriate language or behavior directed towards Mrs. Preeti Pareek or our office personnel will trigger immediate, irreversible termination of the active counselling contract with no eligibility for refund.
All active consulting session fee plans (such as Individual Sessions, Student Guidance Sessions, and Relationship Counselling Sessions) are presented on this website with clearly demarcated placeholders. Final fees, package discounts, and digital payment coordinates will be officially discussed during the pre-session administrative phone call.
